It is also great for those who have been doing the same thing over and over with little to no results. Many newbies who are intimidated in the gym have also followed, loved and received amazing results from this program!
4 Weeks to Fab is a program designed by Rita for women at various fitness levels- beginner, intermediate and advanced who have anywhere from 2-15 lbs to lose and want to get comfortable in their own skin. This program involves 4 weeks of adhering to the training and meal plans, and a fifth week of photoshoot preparation. The last day is your photoshoot in London, Ontario.
Every year Rita Catolino invites her clients from all over the world to London for a 3 day celebration of their achievements in finding their optimal selves. The weekend is filled with workouts, restaurant meals, hotel accommodations, wellness activities, and a photoshoot.
